Mike O'Neal

President, MosquitoNix

Mike O’Neal serves as President of MosquitoNix, where he operated various departments for over a decade. He brings a contagious level of motivation to his role and is known for his results-driven leadership. Mike has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and ensuring future success.

Previously Mike led the startup market, MosquitoNix Jacksonville, from 2016-2020, where they achieved instrumental sales success and streamlined operational processes.  Prior to the move to Jacksonville, Mike managed the largest MosquitoNix office in Dallas, TX from 2011-2015. Mike’s team serviced and nurtured 3,200+ customer relationships, recording their highest revenue mark in 2014 while maintaining 98% customer retention.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University at the Boler School of Business.  He was a 4-year collegiate football member and was the Blue Streaks Team Captain and MVP in his senior season.
