Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer (Jen) joins Franworth as the Chief Financial Officer and a part of its Executive Team. Jennifer will bring financial oversight and forecasting, and take the lead of the Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain teams and their functions.

With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, with the majority of it in a senior leadership and financial role, Jennifer has supported strong growth over the years through the implementation of additional revenue channels, expense management, and creating synergies between departments/stores. In addition, a depth of knowledge in contract negotiations, real estate transacting, payroll and human resource administration, compliance and regulation safe-guarding, project management, and IT oversight has made her well-rounded outside of the traditional financial duties of a CFO. She has served on multiple customer advisory boards and has had an excellent financial reporting and analysis record with Ford Motor Company, CPAs, Shareholders, and financial institutions. She is excited to take that experience by paying it forward and helping others realize their dreams of ownership and financial independence.

Jennifer has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and an MBA. Her favorite things to do are spend time with family and friends traveling and exploring different towns/cities, hiking, golfing, or playing on the lake.
