Andrea is a seasoned franchise ops and training professional with over 15 years of experience. Her passion for building brands, partnered with her ability to drive sales and coach franchisees on business acumen has proven successful.

Prior to joining the sugaringLA team, she had an 11-year tenure at Massage Envy Spa, where she was instrumental in scaling the brand from 10 locations to over 1,000, demonstrating her expertise in leading and supporting rapid franchise expansion. She also consulted with franchisees at European Wax Center and Amazing Lash Studios, helping to enhance their operations and drive growth.

As President of sugaringLA, Andrea will guide the brand’s continued growth and expansion, while upholding the sugaringLA’s 13-year tradition of women-led leadership. She’s committed to nurturing a space where empowerment isn’t just a value talked about, but something actively practiced. With the support of the sugaringLA HQ team, Andrea is dedicated to ensuring the success of franchisees by fostering operational excellence, providing strategic guidance, and tailoring support to meet the unique needs and growth objectives of each location.

Andrea not only supports entrepreneurs but is one herself as co-owner with her husband of a Toastique franchise. She says she is very lucky to have a partner in life and in business who runs the day-to-day operations and enjoys being in the franchise world as much as she does. She loves being able to bring both aspects of franchising to her daily work life.
